St. George Orthodox Church Patio Paver Fundraiser Order Form

       
Decorative Patio Pavers will be used to create a lovely commemorative walkway entrance into the new church hall expansion at St. George Orthodox Church in Pharr, Texas. These paver bricks will not only remain as a lasting memory of your support, but will greatly aid us in our current Church Hall building project. Mark the paver/s you are ordering below and complete the personalization section.  Text on bricks will automatically be centered.  Letters, numbers, spaces, dashes, periods, and slashes count as a character. Please use a separate form for each paver you order.  We hope to have all orders in by Pascha, or April 24, 2011.
