Dear all, if some time ego you donated icons to be placed in the church and those icons are no longer being used in our new iconography, and if you would like to take back your donation, now is the time to do so. We intend to offer them back to the original donors with our eternal gratitude. Icons that won’t be claimed by Feb 22 will then be placed in our bookstore for sale, to help the continuing growth of our community. In order to check whether your donation is still used, please look at the icons which are on the walls now. Some older icons were kept and they would all now be back on the walls. The icons not on the walls are no longer needed and they are the ones returnable to their initial donors. So, if you don’t see your older icon up on the walls, let us know and we will find it for you and would be more than happy to return it to you if you so wish. If you are no longer local, ask someone local to check the walls for you. If you decide not to claim your old donation, know that it will still benefit our community. As already mentioned, it will be sold and the money will be used for our growth. Thanks to all the donors! Your donations sustained this community for many years. Without them our parish would not be where it is now, affording to refurbish, to fix the old sanctuary, to repaint, and to install a traditional iconographic program.
